Menu Entry: Tools –> NononZone –> SinglePlayer –> Simple Elements –> Add Water

With this Action you can add water to your scene in which the CharacterController automatically swims.

Navigate to somewhere in you scene where you want to place water. Then Choose “Tools –> NononZone –> SinglePlayer –> Simple Elements –> Add Water”.

This adds a Water Prefab with a HitBox Collider on it. If your Character runs into this hitbox. The Character will swim. Try it out, it looks funny just in mid air 🙂 If you move your camera below surface, the environment turns blue, like you were underwater.

This is all steered by the NononZoneObject. If the object type is “WATER” and you have a hitbox collider attached, the character reacts on it.
